Taking payments, greeting customers, shadowing colleagues, working in the bureau, taking telephone calls, taking messages
Developed on calling suppliers, becoming more confident on informing customers of changes to their holiday
This programme is very enjoyable as this was somthing new for me, I enjoy learning new things.
This programme is very well organised
I have recieved quite good support from my employer, always get help when I need help.
She is always there to help me when I need it.
It has helped me a lot as my pivot work goes into more detail about geography and in depth of understanding payments, customer service and the work place.

Their apprenticeship scheme is great no matter your age, the service you receive when your a customer is fantastic too
You need to be able to speak to customers and be confident also have attention to detail when working with customers details.
