  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy my calls sometimes I don't if im truly honest with you sometimes it gets hard at times where I just want to give up but I try and put 100 per cent effort into what I do and I try and go the extra mile for my customer s all the time by make sure they are okay and just generally having a chat with them makes my day go quicker and it shows the customer that I am a nice person who just wants to help them .
