  • Poor management. No clear goals. Poorly ran. Nothing to strive for after the scheme.

  • very poorly organised, tuition pay issues between work and the university yearly. When moving departments some managers are unclear on what to do with apprentices.

  • Yes - for the free degree, No - very poorly ran scheme, work side of it is very boring, little reward
