  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Throughout my apprenticeship I have learned many new skills not only within the business sides of things but over all developed my confidence and ability to speak to a variety of different people. With skills within the business such as working the HHT’s I can take with me though any other work or I can keep progressing everyday.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program very must as it has allowed me to dicover traits I never knew I possessed , improve the skills I already knew and make new connections with people I may have never got to know. There are times I get stressed at for example making sure I met deadlines for my pad work but I felt with it well.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Overall I had a pretty structured program. However, I did go 6 months with no assessor which was quite stressful as I didn’t know how I was doing or if I was on track. When I was given a new assessor I felt 100 times better and confident with the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Again we had trouble with management as our manage that hired me was leaving to another store and we was in the process of getting a new one . Although my original employer wasn’t there all the staff and the new manager had supported me 100% and continue to do so .

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have a great assessor that pushes me to my best as he knows what I’m capable of. He ensures that I’m confident with what I’m doing and allows me to be as free as possible when it comes to my answers without being to far off.

  • This qualification has really comes together with my roles as customer service is one of the main focus in our store this will help me overall become a great sales assistant and hopefully prepell me forward to higher positions with the store I’m now currently training with. It helps me be awear of things I may have not known if I’d just gone straight in to the job

  • 9a. Would you recommend Superdrug to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Superdrug is a friendly and bright environment which can have exciting hand new opportunities I feel you wouldn’t get with any one else. Not only do I feel grown as a person I feel my knowledge has improved and has made me fully awear of the things around and made me realise my goals and where I want to go.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?
  • I would say to have an open mind as in different stores it can have different experiences as an example if in a busy store this helps we work on customer service constantly where as if your in a smaller store it may be harder. Overall, I’d tell them to enjoy the experience and make sure you stay on top of your work.
