My role is being a supervisor whilst learning on the job in preparation for my EPA exam at the end of my apprenticeship and ready for the next steps

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship, I am learning and developing all the time for my EPA and next steps in my career.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised When I started it was made very clear of when my EPA was and how we are gonna get there with time frames I also have workshops on the side to help with this

A lot of help from my colleagues My management team My apprenticeship assesor My area manager All very supportive and helpful

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have all the support I need from my apprenticeship assesor, always helps with my work when needed, makes it’s very clear and easy to understand. Always goes above and beyond.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it’s very helpful as the training provided helps my needs within my job role, and supports me to what I want to do next. Having the training on the side gives me the best clear understanding of what’s needed.
