Day to day I’m on the till selling products, completing cosmetics pledges on my aisle, ordering stock. Also giving amazing customer service to every single customer.
I’m a lot more confident but the main things I’ve learnt are empathy, active listening, patience, adaptability, communication skills.
I love it, I started the programme with the worst anxiety & never believed in myself. Now i absolutely love it it’s been the best thing I’ve done, it’s helped me incredible amounts with my mental health as well.
It’s very organised, I wish it was a little bit more simple to get around but you get used to it after a while.

A lot, my training provider care so so much about how I’m doing with my work I couldn’t thank her enough.
It’s helped me so much, I understand alot more on the shop floor especially procedures we have to follow.

Be yourself, stop stressing everything works out & don’t worry about not knowing your colleagues everybody I’ve met from different superdrug stores have been so lovely. Stay happy!
