My role as an apprentiship is similar to a sales advisor. This includes delivering excellent customer service, doing different tasks on shop floor such as promotion and making sure customers are put first. I work on the tills and on the shop floor.
Developed communication skills as working with a team, working on the tills, improved on my customer service skills and learnt new skills involved
I really like Superdrug as it has given me excellent customer service skills in retail and the team are amazing
My programme is very well organised as I have my mentor which comes in every month to set me new tasks on my book and tells me what I need to be doing and everyone supports
I receive a lot of support from my employers as they help me if I have any problems or any questions I need to ask and they make sure I participate with nearly every task to improve.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider as mo comes in everymonth to help me with my apprentiship and offer any support along with setting me tasks and looking at previous work.
It makes me want to try my best and stick through it knowing there is an qualification that will help me afterwards in retail. It makes me perform better as other things do aswell such as making sure I deliverer the best customer service and develop new skills.
No not as I no of
Yes
Yes I would because it’s an excellent company to work with especially through Superdrug.
Superdrug is not only just makeup, it is a retail side for health and beauty so you develop skills in both sides and you gain a customer service qualification so you learn a lot about customer service
