I’m an Apprentice Sales Advisor who learns about what staff do on the job and learns about the business
As a first job I have learnt a lot of things that can help me if I ever apply anywhere else
I enjoy learning about what goes on inside the business and how certain things work and why they’re done
Well for the majority of my apprenticeship, apart from help with my assessor, I have to organise it myself
The support vary during hours but I always received help from my assessor every time we had a meeting
There were small competitions for apprentices and their teams
Yes
Good to gain experience if new to working
Talk to your team and get to know them to gain rapport and be comfortable if needing any help
