  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The in house training has also exceeded my expectations. While my external training includes an HNC and HND in building services engineering, as well as a NVQ level 4, Mace also provide in house training modules relevant to all sectors. The training modules and workshops that I have attended in the last few years have really provided with a comprehensive understanding of construction as well as an opportunity to ask an industry professional questions relating to construction and/or consultancy.

  • 9b. Why?
  • Mace is an excellent company to work for, the support provided by the emerging talent team, HR and senior members of staff has been brilliant. The in house training has also exceeded my expectations. I was provided with a trainee development plan which I was tasked with signing off over the course of my apprenticeship. The plan has been an incredibly useful tool as it has provided me a strong foundation of knowledge and has prepared me for future work and career progression.
