  • a lot of time is spent not being directly managed. there is no set pathway

  • not the best. a lot of time wasted. Could be organised a lot better.

  • all helpful if you know what to ask for.

  • little to none. the advice when asked is very general and not constructive. the assignment briefs are poor and convoluted.

  • a little, if I didnt have it I'm not sure I would notice much difference.

  • Good company to work for with friendly people. the only problem is the program I'm on. I'm sure other roles would be fulfilling
