  • My role at the Smart Future Programme was to develop and learn more about the real world of work, through shadowing and project based learning.

  • I have developed lots of interpersonal skills such as team workingp and communication skills. I have also developed my presentation skills through team buliding skills

  • I enjoyed my programme very much as was able to alot about the real world of work. I was also able to meet likeminded people who I was able to learn from.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • I felt valued at EY as I felt as though my opinion was always heard. I also felt that if I needed extra help or assisstance from the team members, they were there to listen.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was very structured and organised. Everyday was well planned and we knew exactly what was expected of us and what they wanted us to do.

  • There was lots of support avaiable. I knew exactly what was expected of me and when i was suppoused to do it.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received lots of support. I recevied lots of support if I had any questions or needed help they were there.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It met my cost well. As we had our lunch covered and if we were living outside of the city, we could have transport cost covered as well.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes we are made aware of other programmes. Such as school leaver or graduate schemes.

  • 9. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • Yes

  • I would recommend EY to a friend because it was very helpful. It also believe it would help them in their development.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • Be ready for situational questions in the interview. Make sure you know which part of EY you want to work in before you apply.
