  • Role requires a detailed review of client accounts and identifying discrepancy's in the account that could question the uses of the accounts assurance on the reliability of the information

  • Completion of the progatrmme give the individual the satstus of a fully qulaified chartered accountant. The role also provide yearly training to delvlop individual skills such as communiction,team leadership and personal managment.

  • I would recommend the programme as it helped me in so many ways through the skills I have developed and the people I have meet have meant that I am in a role that I really enjoy and have a great appreciation for the opportunity I have been given

  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • Tiem and effort is appreacted by managment and partners in the organisation on a daily bassis. Help is always on offer from senior staff and help to progress each persons courrier.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The progames is alltogether well structered to allow for trainign time at the quiet parts of the year and allow time for resits if exams are failed to still comple within the 5 year programmes.Management are aware of the exam periods and offer more opetunity for ealrier finishing and take into consideration in taks allocation

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider are helpful during collge time but are less responsive outside of collge periods. They couldnt be more helpful at college and after collge but any periods inbetween some but not all tutors are not as respobnsive to emails

  • Salary Package is good and is copettivite when comapred to similar orgainisations within the idustry can be hard in first 2 years for indviduals having to rent in London

  • The are muslitple company run sport teams such as football, Hockey, Rugby, etc as well a alloated 5 days of levae that can be taken outside of annual leave for vlouterring or fundrising events

  • Yes

  • Good employer who cares about each indvidual


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • The applications process does take it time but just be yourself and stay carm in the interviews and assesement days as EY is looking for people who are confident not only in there knowldege but in themsleves.
