  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I joined Unilever straight after finishing my GCSEs and whilst at Unilever I have achieved 2 level 2 qualifications relevant to engineering and a level 3 in buisness improvement techniques, I have also completed many inn house courses so that I can improve at my job, this includes how to effectively maintain machines and how to use speccific tools correctly and safely. Unilever also gave me the chance to obtain a counterbalance forklift license which is something I have the potential to take anywhere if I ever choose to leave my job role. I recently completed a courser in the lake district which taught me how to lead effective teams and how different situations require different leadership styles, this will greatly help me in the future.
