  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Two week work experience; first week team building and coaching exercises. Second week, I was moved to a different office where I worked with the talent team and I did a social media audit to most of the team. I presented a 10 slide presentation which the team loved and kept as a copy.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my communication skills. I have learnt how to talk to different positions such as professional ones as before I did not have that experience. I have also developed my confidence skills as I had to present on different occasions to a large crowd. I also had to make friends which helped me boost my confidence.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed this programme a lot. It was one of the best experiences I have had. I made the greatest friends and I gained a variety of skills. It gave me an insight into a career path that I would like to take and helped me decide whether I would like to go to university or not. Overall it was an amazing experience.

  • I feel quite valued as I had a lot of positive feedback. The fact that three other people could have had my position but I recieved it makes me feel extremely valued. The fact that I have received a qualification and a certificate also makes me feel very valued.

There was no confusion and everyone knew at all times where they should be and what they should be doing. Even during the graduation ceremony, it was very organised.
