  • I am doing a project management apprenticeship. Therefore, I am doing hundereds of different taks on different projects. I always have a dynamic, interesting and fun work load.

  • I will be getting my diploma in APM alongside the vast knowledge of what it is like to work in the corporate world

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have a great team in company with an amazing culture. Not only did this apprenticeship meet my expections it went further and beyond.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Unilever?
  • You are never treated as an apprentice but as a vital employee like anyone else. With a flat hieracal structure, you will constantly be rubbing shoulders from collegues to Vice Presidents.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There were a few hiccups in my programme. But this is only because we were the first group to try out this new programme. Other than the initial set backs it has been great

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The support I have recieved from my training officer has been phenomenal. The person has provided me with private sessions when I have fallen behind or been confused

  • A huge amount of support has been given to me everyone involved.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It goes above and beyond for an apprenticeship

  • There have been many team socials and apprenticeship socials

  • Yes

  • It is a great company and the work you do is actually important


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • Go for it! If you pass the inital tests and get invited to the assessment centre then be yourself. They have been testing you throughout and making it to that day is very hard task in itself. So not only be proud of yourself, but be yourself completey!
