  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme as I get to work with new people which makes some difficult times easier as you can always rely on your team to help you. I also enjoy it because EY provide a lot of support if you have personal commitments or studies you need to do.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • I feel valued by ey as they try to involve us in all areas of the business from facilitating training to increasing the experience for new hires. Also we are asked regularly of how the work life balance can be improved and ideas are sometimes implemented into the business. eg dress down everyday when in the EY office.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • the salary is pretty low compared to what graduates get paid and essentially we perform the same work. also we work really long hours and get no overtime pay so its draining mentally and physically when your pay doesn't match the hours you put in to the audit work.
