  • My role involves a variety of things whether it be working and rotating stock or date checking and filling out paperwork

  • I enjoy my programme and would highly recommend to anyone else

  • I feel I play an important role throughout the day in any area I work

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the start it was fine but as time went on my meetings with my apprenticeship provider wasn’t consistent and I lost a lot of work due changes.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I had much support from my first apprenticeship provider. However , my second one wasn’t the best at keeping to the arranged dates to meet and I have newly had a third.

  • I have received a lot of support throughout my career so far with Aldi

  • They balance out quite well with my expenses throughout the month compared To my income

  • There are various team bonding excersises outside of work with my colleagues
