  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • They offer a very competitive pay package for an apprentice but it doesn't reflect on the amount of work that you do. I would appreciate a higher pay package for the amount of work needed to run stores and the responsibilities I have. I am 20 years old and I am finding it difficult to pay for all my bills, such as running a car, paying towards a house and for food. Fortunately the pay does increase throughout the apprenticeship which will help with my living costs once I have got through the first year of this programme.
