  • Class 1 hgv driver for aldi now after completing my apprenticeship.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt to drive a class 1 and 2 hgv lorry. Have learnt how to read a map. Speak professionally to staff and customers. How to deliver and load a lorry.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed it all and the fulfilment of learning something new every day.

  • I feel like this is the only place I have worked where you are actually valued and thought of as a employee that can make a difference.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Was very well organised. At the start we got a month by month sheet of what we would he doing.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • If I need any support my section leader lee Roberts or my trainer Stuart Cooper are always to hand via phone or in person.

  • My section leader is always available if I need support for anything.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • We get paid a very good salary. Especially for an apprenticeship.

  • There are many opportunities with all the qualifications I have received from this.

  • Yes

  • They are a great company to work for with many opportunities to grow.

  • If you get on with your work and work hard you will be noticed and rewarded for your efforts.
