  • My job role is apprentice butcher and in my job role I learn to De-bone and cut a pork primal into products.

  • I have learnt many new knife skills and have better communication skills because of this apprenticeship.

  • I am really enjoyibg ever minute of it because everyone is always there to offer support.

  • They always treat me like a member of the team and treat me as an equal.

  • It is organised really well haven't been any problems regarding practical or written work.
