  • This career programme provides me the opportunity to develop key skills as an individual, providing hands on experience that is significant for personal growth for my skills, knowledge and behaviours.

  • Having a webinar every month, regular meeting with your assigned assesser (either online through zoom or in your workplace), assignments that support your knowledge and regular reports, articles and courses to support your 20% of the job training.

  • My assessor provides me a lot of support, and I am in regular contact with her. She is very good and will provide a lot to help me withy qualification.

  • It helps me to develop key knowledge, skills and behaviours that will support me to grow and develop as an individual. I am able actively apply key knowledge that I have learned throughout my course that supports and nurtures my role as an Early Years Educator.

  • Make sure that you are passionate about working with children, and that you provide a safe and effective learning environment for young children.
