  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • QA have Skills coaches who try and visit you on a regular basis, they help you out with anything that microsoft might not be able to and help you out with the coursework side of the apprenticeship. In my experience QA/ the Skill coach has been lacking in certain areas but Leadership from their organisation has spoke to us and is looking to make massive improvements for the future.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive massive support from my employer, the HR team communicate well and arrange regular drop in sessions where you can raise any concerns and in my team i also have a mentor and sometime several. This helps you truly maximise what you get out of the apprenticeship and can tap into different knowledge pools. Overall microsoft general attitude to supporting you is great employees are always keen to learn more about apprentices and happy to help if asked.
