  • Business project control - hosting meetings, inputting data into excel, creating resource packs and graphs and interpreting these

  • New qualification of APM to be attained, loads of training courses, developing confidence and people skills mainly

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy coming in in the morning since my team is very friendly and help with any issues I have. Everyone works hard but gets along making the days go quicker

  • Managers show appreciation through giving more responsibility and reflecting come reviews where they speak highly of you given you are giving your all to the role

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Trying new ideas out so everything won't go smoothly and training can interrupt with business as usual but majority of the time it is well organised and balanced evenly. Scheme managers very helpful with any problems you may have

  • Will spend longer to ensure you know what the material if you make it apparent that you don't

  • On tasks you don't understand any member of staff will help you until you know how to do it, very patient with any issues home and work.

  • Very well, lunch is expensive though

  • I play football often and get offered many charity events to take part in

  • Yes

  • Brilliant training, paid highly, well respected, degree paid for, your skills increase dramatically


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Be confident but not too confident where you put others down, always give examples of where your skills have come into place, speak clearly, present yourself in a professional manner, don't rush anything.
