  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Learned an extortionate amount of skills due to being thrown in the deep end and expected not to sink so the only options are learn quickly or quit. Been on numerous training sessions and been sent to College to learn how to pass my exams for my CFAB qualification.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • There are times when you get bogged down about the job but as an overall view, I thoroughly enjoy the job. You can sometimes be assigned to clients where you don't quite click with your team or the client but the rotation is fast and so you work with many people in short bursts.
