  • I've loved the programme so far, i've really enjoyed interacting with different people and meeting new people.

  • I feel very valued by having lots of big responsibilities from the off.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The exam system is a bit wrong, having completed the Cert CII i wont be able to take another exam for 8 months which is very frustrating.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Monthly meetings are very good from the training provider

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Huge amounts of support from Aon they've been a fantastic company from the off. Especially from my manager and members from my team.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary is more than reasonable for the position, but i want to do as much as i can and get the exams to get a salary increase as soon as i can

  • The company has been fantastic at organising events and helped me to get involved with things in the bigger picture.

  • Yes
