  • I was In ITS which meant I was shadowing people from the subserviceline and learning about what they do

  • I enjoyed it to the extent I would do it again and recommend it to others

  • Everyone was very welcoming and friendly which made me feel I was someone that was valued

  • Maybe the people who are doing the shadowing have more tasks prepared beforehand

  • The buddy, Ellie Sealey was very helpful and made sure I was supported every step of the way

  • Not very well. Had to travel down to London so I had to go on the train and pay for my hotel too. Quite expensive for 5 nights

  • Friendly Environment and a lot to be learnt

  • practice your aptitude tests a lot. Very tough if youre having a bad day
