  • Daily interaction with a team regarding customer service and dealing with customer complaints. Essentially it was a team dedicated to solving individual cases

  • I developed my interpersonal skills and also my ability to understand business from both the consumer and retailer point of view.

  • I loved the programme because it enabled me to gain new experience and develop skills which will help me secure future employment. .

  • It was a great experience there in which I felt valued and appreciated.

  • Very good work experience. Clear contact, clear goals and strategy explained to me. I was never bored!

  • I had one point of contact who was very supportive and patient and very good at including me.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Not so much but this was okay as the team of staff were able to tend to all my needs and support me through the process.

  • It did not as my living costs and my travel costs were not covered. However, I am richer for the experience!

  • Yes there are lots of corperate events and networking events which one can be as involved with as they want.

  • Yes

  • Good company with good people and for a good cause they exist. A good insight into business and marketing etc.
