    • One day a week at college doing degree work. Rest of the week in business doing placement work

    • Employees are great people. Culture is relaxed as well as very hard working. I quite enjoy the programme, always busy.

    • I am valued such that when I have a problem, I can approach someone and they would out their efforts in to try and solve my issues.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The programme is fairly well structured, however occasionally there can be problems when small details are not communicated properly.

    • The college provides a lot of support when necessary and asked, especially when it comes to providing us with resources to help us with our learning.

    • The company provides a lot of support when necessary and asked, especially when it comes to providing us with resources to help us with our placements and work.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • The salary is fantastic, being one of the highest ones in the country for this scheme. However, there was little support when relocating to local area, from home.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

    • There can be opportunities to go and represent the company at different events, but to be eligible and become an ambassador can be a lengthy time process. There are sport teams within the company, but they may not be for everyone. There may be lots of activities, but they are not always advertised.

    • Amazing package of high salary, degree debt free and work experience.

    • Have a passion for engineering
