  • My role is in PPI. Therefore I deal with complaints and handling.

  • Yes. I will gain my RBCB L3 from the LIBF. I will also gain my apprenticeship with Capita. I have also learned how to deal with and handle complaints and how to use the systems. I have also learned ID&V and regulations I need to work within.

  • I enjoy my role very much and work well with my team.

  • Very valued and this is because I have been asked to do alot of extra work becuase they think highly of me.

  • Very structured and organised. Smooth transition from traineeship to training and induction.
