  • I found this experience extremely useful as it will increase the speed of learning once joining the job. Also learned more about the job that I will be carrying out in my future.

  • Extremely valued as employees in high positions are available for conversations and they are willing to provide information about the ins and outs of the day-to-day life.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that this could be improved as there was some confusion on who to contact at EY. Also the degree structure changed each year so it was difficult to plan for the future.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • There is a lot of support from the training provider as they are always willing to talk and are willing to reply to emails quickly and consistently.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • They are very supporting whilst on placement, but it's difficult to communicate when away from the employer.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Around 70% of my salary goes towards living expenses, which only leaves 30% for saving for the future.

  • Yes, there are many activities outside of the workplace and people are willing to join in.

  • Yes

  • They have a great employee environment and there is an atmosphere that makes everyone feel equal. Also everyone is willing to help out with small issues despite how simple they may be.
