  • I enjoyed the programme very much as it wasn't overly formal, yet was informative and entertaining.

  • I felt I was valued and was treated well. Lots of individual attention was received and I was happy with my treatment.

  • The programme was very well organised, with a timetabled structure and detail of events sent out beforehand.
