Working with stakeholders and working on the developing a consistent health and safety culture.
I have learnt many skills, most importantly being people skills.
I enjoy it greatly, it is anew and exciting challenge every day.

The programme is very organised and very structured with my planned progress path.
The support is okay, but communication could be improved.
