  • I work in the Global TOC as a system analyst. Day to day I am working on and escalating alerts to support teams. This involves receiving alerts from servers and trying to resolve the problem. If I am unable to do so then I will escalate to support teams.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt every task required by my team and I am able to teach all new staff as I have a lot of experience. The job has also allowed me to study and get qualifications like my ITIL foundation

  • I enjoyed the programme as I got a lot of exposure and I have learnt many things from my role. My team are a good team and are very supportive of my learning

  • I feel valued as I get recommend to look after people in on work experience and every time a new staff member joins I am always approached to train. I also have the support of senior managers

  • The programme within Nomura was structured very well and I was able to accomplish everything on the course as nomura allowed me the time and offered all the support I needed

  • I received a fair amount of support when my training provider was available

  • I received full support from my employers. They had set out with the goal of making sure we pass our apprenticeships

  • The salary is perfect and meets my costs

  • there are plenty of opportunities especially when it comes to networking within Nomura events.

  • Yes

  • Nomura have supported me and have made the apprenticeship enjoyable. As a result I have been able to complete all my tasks easily

  • Be yourself and be honest. Also act professional as you need to show the company that you are serious and dedicated to do your job
