    • Yes many new skills. The main ones used in my day to day include SQL & UNIX.

    • The work I carry out is very enjoyable as there is something new everyday and it is challenging. The team I work with a

    • Now I have completed my apprenticeship and have valuable experience I feel I am vital member to the team.

    • It is well structured, training and support provided is very good. Everyone has a mentor when they join which is very beneficial.

    • The support available from QA is good, they can sometimes be a bit unorganised but we have always got there in the end.

    • A lot, they are there when ever I need them, whether this be HR / manager/ team members.
