  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is structured well. The courses were split out over a period of 7 months which I personally found useful as there was more than enough time to revise each section between workshops. Support from my team was good as I was given dedicated time each week to go through my work and complete coursework and assignments. I have a mentor who is a Project Manager and found them very helpful and useful when completing my work.

  • I have received a lot of support from my employer. As previously mentioned I was given lots of time to complete my coursework and actually finish my apprenticeship 3 months ahead of schedule. Without this support from my employer I would not have finished as early as I did.
