My role is to run Tagging and Decant department. This involves daily head counting according to stock availability, ensure that company's KPIs are met.
I learnt how to deal with stock taking, placing goods into locations, how to develop a relationship with colleagues.
It was really interesting and useful programme, I enjoyed learning new skills.
I feel great support from management and colleagues, it is really nice place to be.
It was very good organised programme with exceptional support from assesor and mentor. I had all my questions answered immediately.
I have received loads of support from my training provider, all questions answered and tasks explained.
All my colleagues and members of management were very supportive during all apprenticeship programme.
My salary package meets my costs so far.
