  • My role is to run Tagging and Decant department. This involves daily head counting according to stock availability, ensure that company's KPIs are met.

  • I learnt how to deal with stock taking, placing goods into locations, how to develop a relationship with colleagues.

  • It was really interesting and useful programme, I enjoyed learning new skills.

  • I feel great support from management and colleagues, it is really nice place to be.

  • It was very good organised programme with exceptional support from assesor and mentor. I had all my questions answered immediately.
