  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work I do is very interesting and it is difficult to get bored as the tasks are always so varied. The team I work with are very supportive and are always willing to assist you as well as socialise outside of work.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • I receive appreciation when I do a good job within my team however I do not receive much recognition elsewhere. EY expects all employees to be high performing and therefore this reduces the amount of appreciation and recognition you receive when you do a good job - people expect it.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Had a structured induction away from the office to introduce me to the company as well as a training programme for my team when I joined. I receive regular training and support from my team. We are provided with a buddy who is the same grade as us as well as a counsellor who is usually two grades above us.

  • Well living in London is expensive and my salary covers it but it is still financially tough for me.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are plenty of social events at work and there is plenty of things to do in London. But they all require a half decent bank balance to be able to get involved so this restricts me mostly.

    7/10

  • 9. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because the programme itself is great. The support is fantastic and the qualification I am working towards is very well respected. The work I do is very interesting and I already have recommended others.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • Be yourself.
