  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • As of yet, I have not been on any training courses with the company, however the amount of skills I have learnt since joining is crazy. I have learnt how to complete test runs in different environments, as I am completing my degree I have learnt so much about how to manage my time efficiently. Working towards deadlines means it is key to complete my work at university.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that in the work place, my programme has been very well structured. Thorough training had been provided as well as a good induction from the student recruitment team. I feel that at some points university could be more structured and some more guidance offered. My mentor provided by CGI has also been amazing, meeting up with me weekly for chats.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Both my manager and the HR team are excellent with the support they give, I know I am always welcome to report any problems to any of these members. The HR team have an open door policy and I have gone to them previously to have a chat with them if I am unsure about anything. The guidance given is excellent.
