  • Business Analyst within Bing CSS Creating reports and assisting with key business processes interact globally with Bing CSS agents as well as our global Microsoft CSS team. responsible for our coupon programme as well as Account Manager escalations. I'm involved will a CSS efficiency Project.

  • Acheived- Bing Ads Accredation, Excel MOS 2013 developed analytical skills, personal skills, organisation skills, communication skills learnt that no question is a silly question. how to use Power BI and create effective useable reports. how to present in team meetings.

  • very appreciated by the comapany and my team. Not seen as an apprentice seen as an employee. valued as much as any other team member

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Could be structured better. Everything on Microsofts side has been brilliant lots of support and guidence as well as a thourough induction to what the company is all about. from our training providers side could be alot better. communication is poor to average and it seems like we repeat lots of precourse work to the re go over this in our training.

  • Some support. its vry hands off. however if you did have a query about anything they would be much obliged to help

  • Lots of support from Manager, HR which are both adequetly acessible.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very well. as im an apprentice in london they accomodated for this andgave me a rise for travel and other hightened costs from working in the city.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Plenty. Microsoft runs 101 programmes which run along side your role and there are hundreds. there are also sports teams and plenty of other activities to get involved in.

  • Yes

  • Fabulous company on the cutting edge of technology.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Microsoft?
  • Prepare, prepare , prepare. Just be yourself. if they dont hire you the likelihood is that your not right for that company anyway.
