  • My role as an apprentice is to learn what I can when I am at our training facility and taking those skills onto site and using them there.

  • Yes I studied electrical installation in college and I have been given the opportunity to develop these skills and learn new things too.

  • I cant fault it, I would recommend anyone to join. Great opportunities. Great job.

  • I feel very valued, my opinions get listened to when I'm on site and there is no such thing as a silly question.

  • Extremely organised, Everytime I need something it is easy to find and the company structure is easy to follow.

  • Everytime I have needed support in any shape or form they have provided it

  • Also from my employer I get the best support if I need it.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I get paid alot more than apprentice minimum wage, travel to training gets paid for also.

  • Yes there are opportunities outside of work, such as charity events. Also you work with a good group of people which do things outside of work.

  • Yes
