  • I do all roles in the store, back stock, the order and tills. I do all different shifts.

  • My teamwork skills have developed immensely And my people skills are improving

  • I have a great team to work with And I enjoy the fast pace environment

  • Very, everyone is treated equally And help is always there when needed

  • In the beginning it was slow But now that we're up and running it is very frequent

  • I Receive a lot of support from my training provider And everyone in store.

  • Everyone in store is very supportive We all help each other

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • As an apprentice you don't get paid the same as other staff and it can be quite frustrating But the salary is fair.

  • Not exactly. But outside of work me and my other co workers do go out sometimes.

  • 9. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes

  • It is a great opportunity And a great start to a career from school.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Be prepared for fast pace and hard work. Long hours and no weekends but at the end of the day you will make great friends and a great qualification.
