  • I am a part of the account management telephony team in community banking, this involves assisting customer who have any queries regarding their community account.(Changing signatories, changing address etc_

  • I am enjoying the programme, it offers challenges for me to overcome.

  • I feel that I am a valued member of my team at RBS to a great extent.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • While most of the programme is well structured there are some areas for improvement, for example: I have had issue where i was given the wrong login to my apprenticeship work which mean that i had to take time out of my work/study time to chase up the correct login.

  • I received all of the support that i require from my training provider, I have the contact information on my tutor for if i have any quesitons/queries.

  • I received tons of support from my employer for any situation that it is necessary.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I have very little costs so my salary is more than sufficient to cover my costs and have money for luxury items, save money or cover any unexpected costs.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Ive have been offered some opportunities to promote the apprenticeship programme outside of work and have been offered support to do so. (e.g. public speaking skills help)

  • Yes

  • They are a group that offers a lot of support to their employees while working towards achieving the best possible customer experience.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • while it may seem a daunting prospect to work for such a big group rest assured that there is tons of support and advice on offer to help you improve your skills, supoort you in any situation and work with your potential colleagues to achieve the banks goals
