  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction was clear as I had multiple training sessions to help me learn about the company and their policies. I am able to use some work time to complete my coursework for my apprenticeship so I am able to get some of the units completed. My manager asks for updates regularly to see how I am getting on and what else needs to be completed.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I think the salary is excellent for an apprenticeship as most places do not give enough to others. However the travelling costs can be expensive for an apprentice which is the only downside. The location of the company is easy to get to which makes the travelling slightly easier
