  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the course. The small class sizes and the tutor are excellent and allow for many conversations to take place that solidify learning more than in the wider group sessions that could take place. My tutor is extremely knowledgeable and applies their knowledge effectively, which has allowed me to learn effectively.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is logically sequenced and organised to a good standard. It allows me to know why we started on a given topic and where we are moving to. There are already discussions around EPA that allow me to judge my development against end grading and the professional discussion. Very happy.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have all the support I need. As an employee of the training provider I can speak to my tutor via teams whenever required and can discuss class work outside of this. The tutor shares resources and sets adequately testing assessments when required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • All of my learning thus far is directly transferable and related to my job role. Working in Quality and studying the Improvement Practitioner qual goes hand in hand and I have already started to implement some of the early learning (six sigma, TIMWOODS) into my quality improvements and sharing with my wider team.
