  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my program. I felt my sessions were very informative but also engaging. The people that ran the course and my tutors were all lovely and extremely helpful. They helped me achieve a distinction on my EPA which I am very proud of. But overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my time.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I felt the programme was structured really well. My tutor was aware of the criteria I need to hit as well my tutor that taught our sessions as he would get us to create content that would tick off criteria also. I also had regular 1-2-1 with my tutor to discuss my progress.

  • My training provider has offered me lots of support. I had regular 1-2-1's to check my progress, as well as help me with case studies that will be used for my portfolio. Towards my EPA date I had multiple meetings with my tutor to make sure I was okay and ready for my upcoming EPA.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think my qualification helps me preform better in my job role, as I have learnt skills that I wouldn't have otherwise. Through my qualification I became really familiar with Canva. I learnt how to do things I probably wouldn't have known about otherwise on Canva, which I now use when creating content.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have professional networking events, like when I attended the Green Skills Academy opening. We also have social events with my team, where we will go out for celebrations and meals as a team, either when it's someone's birthday and other celebrations similar to that. We also have a Christmas party.

  • 9a. Would you recommend The Growth Company Limited to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend The Growth Company as a training provider, as they helped me achieve my goal of getting a distinction. My tutor were very supporting and helpful and were always there if I had any questions. They also offer a lot of support by making sure you have a meeting every couple of weeks.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Growth Company Limited?
  • When applying to The Growth Company, I would make sure that my cover letter is tailored to the job that best suites the application. And to also make sure you read your application over. I would say this is important as it makes sure there are no mistakes but to also make sure no information has been missed out.
