  • Every day i'm learning something new, from stakeholder management, storytelling, visualisation and all the skills required to be a great analyst

  • I really enjoy it, I think some of the residentials were a bit over-generalised, but I understand that is the nature of such programmes

  • It could have been better structured, this is more on the Firebrand end of things, than on my employer

  • Whenever i've needed support, i've been able to ask for it and received it

  • They have been very directed towards supporting me in this regard.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • As for this aspect, I mentioned about things being a bit too generalised. This has meant that i still feel very much in the learning process, even after basically completing the gateway process...

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I'm very involved with side-of-desk activities, i've hosted events throughout my time at Lloyds and will be hosting another next week. I have joined many of our networks to support wherever and however I can, even if it's just going to events and publicising what we do through writeups on Linked In.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They are exactly what I hoped they would be from reading through their values, and they give me the space and the freedom to grow and develop, while also being there to support me when I need it


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Be yourself, we're looking for strong personalities who will come in with novel ideas, challenge our current ways of thinking. Be BOLD!
