  • Really enjoyed the way it challenged my thinking. The opportunity to work with others in my cohort. The pace and stretch.

  • I knew the topics in advance and deadlines. Each topic was managed as a sprint so followed the same format.

  • Great support from my line manager in giving me time, opportunities and encouragement.

  • Regular coach sessions to review progress and to challenge thinking. Access to industry experts on different topics.

  • Enhanced my skills to enable me to be more effective. Helped me take on new challenges and broaden my experience.

  • Opportunity to get involved with supporting charities - fund raising or helping with mentoring. Different groups to join focused on inclusion and diversity. Work based activities in hubs to get to know people. Ambassador activities to help others know about apprenticeships.
