  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my course as it extends on the knowledge i already have on childcare. It has given me a deeper understanding about what i already do and has made me much more confident in my role. I have a greater understanding about why certain procedures are in place and how it benefits the practitioners as well as the children. I have found myself sharing information i have learned from the course while working so that we can do tasks to our best ability. It has also shown me how we can improve as a setting as well as highlighted the great things we are already doing in the setting. my tutors have also been great support all the way through and have always found a way to stay positive and encouraging. The support and learning is amazing, they give great real life examples on each topic which makes the information more digestible helping me to apply it to my work. The information given on the slides is always in good detail and the teachers are always happy to explain what we do not understand. They also are willing to send any extra information through that we need and have great knowledge on other places we can find useful accurate information.
