  • I have gained a lot of confidence ever since the beginning of this role, and I have improved my key skills like IT, CAD and customer service as well

  • It is enjoyable most of the time - whenever there is pressure it's a healthy amount

  • It's a good mix of being told what to do and figuring it out for myself.

  • I receive a lot of support and guidance throughout my apprenticeship.

  • He tells me what to do and I do it. It is very nice and simple.

  • Very friendly, family like environment, a good and sturdy company to work for who look after their staff very well.
