    • The work I do is enjoyable, the apprenticeship scheme could do with some work

    • There is a well defined structure in place (although it is a bit convoluted). organisationally it lacks some finesse. I have had missing resources / emails about important course details etc

    • I get lots of support from my teammembers, manager and generally from people around me in the workplace.
